Post subject : Curious Wii accessory of the week #1 – a rowing machine
The Wii has always attracted a lot of accessories of, how can I put this, dubious quality and usefulness, and with Wii Fit there have been a lot trying to retrofit exercise gear to be used with the Wii.
Now, available from Amazon US we have a rowing machine for the Wii. Really.

It’s a simple idea, fit the Wii Remote into the handle of the rower, pop your feet into the straps, and it provides resistance as you exercise. To get a feeling for what you might do, watch the wonderfully cheesy video on Amazon product page 
At it’s actually cheaper than many accessories. However I’m not sure how many Wii Fit exercises would be genuinely improved by this, I can’t actually think of many that require you to use the Wii Remote in this way.
