Hey im new on this site!.. i am a 19 year old guy. Im about 5’7 and weigh 133 pounds. my BMI says im in the healthy range but i dont like how i look. My stomach is fat and i know im not OVERWEIGHT but i have about 10 pounds to get rid of and i was wondering how can i do this? Would i need 2 exercise to maybe tone up and lose the weight or will diet do it for me?
