Workout Summary:
The full body workout sets are great for the person who does not have a lot of time to get their workout done, or people who can’t work out 4 times a week. They consolidate the upper body, lower body, abdominal and cardio workouts into one routine. This allows someone to get a more general workout as opposed to a target workout.
