30 Minute Cardio

Workout Summary:

In the 30 Minute Cardio workout a few more exercises are added to the 15 Minute Cardio workout plan.  This allows for even more calorie burning and a better overall workout.  Plank is added at the end of this routine for a nice cool down after a heavy workout to bring your heart rate down.  Any balance game can be substituted for plank at the end.

  • Advanced Step
  • o 5 Wii Fit Credits
  • o Swing your arms in big motions and make sure to clap!
  • Free Run
  • o 10 Wii Fit Credits
  • Rhythmic Boxing
  • o 13 Wii Fit Credits
  • o Twist your hips and punch with your shoulder. Follow your trainer, he has pretty good form!
  • Plank
  • o 2 Wii Fit Credits
