30 Minute Lower Body

Workout Summary:

Here is the extended version of the 15 minute Upper Body workout.  It adds some more cardio, extends some of the standard workouts and adds some new workouts as well.  There are a few exercises that call for your arms to be extended, so make sure to keep them out in front of you for some what of a bonus workout.  Balance is important here, along with good foot placement.  If you are breezing through these exercises, add a little resistance band or wrist/ankle weights for an added challenge.

  • Rowing Squat

  • o Holding your arms out in front of you gives your triceps & biceps a workout too!
  • Lunge

  • Warrior
  • o 2 Wii Fit Credits
  • o Same as the chair, holding your arms out in front of you gives your triceps & biceps an added workout.
  • Bridge
