15 Minute Lower Body

Workout Summary:

Trying to firm those hamstrings or toning those glutes?  This is the workout for you.  These exercises focus on the lower half of the body.  As always, a light cardio exercise is included as well as a core muscle strengthening one as well.  The chair exercise is a hard one, so focus on keeping your balance and not bouncing during the exercise.  Go as low that is comfortable for you.

Workout Routine:

  • Basic Run
  • o 3 Wii Fit Credits
  • Plank
  • o 2 Wii Fit Credits
  • Rowing Squat
  • o 2 Wii Fit Credits
  • o Go as low as is comfortable for you.
  • Chair
  • o 2 Wii Fit Credits
  • Lunge
  • o 4 Wii Fit Credits
  • o Keep your arms behind your head and don’t dip too low!
  • Warrior
  • o 2 Wii Fit Credits
