Workout Summary:

Here is the long cardio workout for your Wii Fit.  If you have the time, make this routine a priority in your weekly series.  You will start to see (and feel) the results from this workout and will it will become easier and easier every time.  Once it becomes too easy, add some ankle and wrist weights and you will be on your way to losing weight by the bunches!  Good luck.

Workout Routine:

  • Basic Run
  • o 3 Wii Fit Credits
  • Plank
  • o 1 Wii Fit Credit
  • Super Hula Hoop
  • o 11 Wii Fit Credits
  • o Try raising your arms in the air for an added workout.
  • Free Run
  • o 30 Wii Fit Credits
  • o Hang in there, this is a long one!
  • Rhythmic Boxing
  • o 13 Wii Fit Credits
  • o Make sure to snap your punches out there, no just flailing your arms out. Act like you are really hitting the bag.
  • Sun Salutation
  • o 2 Wii Fit Credits
  • o Make sure to breathe during this pose. After this, take a break because you have earned it!
