Workout Summary:

Extending the 15 minute workout, this workout gives you more bang for your buck.  Make sure you have unlocked all of the exercises and are able to do the starting sets without straining to complete them.  Make sure to pay attention to your forms and balance and make sure to breathe.  A good set of free weights or a small medicine ball will help out quite a bit if you are finding the exercises too easy.
